Hands-on Skills Requirement for CPR, eACLS (ACEP), AHA ACLS, PALS

Anytime Med-Ed follows the ILCOR (International Liason Committe on Resuscitation) guidelines as established and incorporated into the eACLS course sponsored by ACEP (American College of Emergency Physicians), ACLS and CPR sponsored by AHA, PALS sponsored by AHA/AAP, and CPR sponsored by ECSI (Emergency Care and Safety Institute).

Anytime Med-Ed does not and will not issue course completion cards unless students successfully complete all requirements for these courses.  In-person, hands-on skills evaluation is required for all of these courses, as well as successful completion of the on-line didactic portion and on-line written exam.  We require a print out of the successful completion of the on-line written exam prior to completing the hands-on skills evaluation portion of the course, and we maintain these records.  Additionally, the eACLS course sponsored by ACEP requires an addtional written dysrhythmia test, which is completed in-person.

Courses for CPR, ACLS, and PALS that are only on-line and do not require an in-person skills evaluation are considered counterfeit courses, and do not follow the internationally established guidelines for granting a course provider card.
